Brand & Product Development Manager, Nicosia – BPDM/10/26

Our client, a leading company in the FMCG industry, is looking for a creative and commercially minded Brand & Product Development Manager to join its team in Nicosia. You will lead new products from the first idea all the way to launch, while building strong brands that consumers love.

What You Will Do

Among other things, you will:
1) Lead the New Product Journey

• Generate fresh product ideas every month, inspired by market trends, consumer needs and competitor activity
• Evaluate and screen new concepts for feasibility, costing and commercial potential
• Plan and coordinate concept, sampling and consumer testing, and turn the results into action
• Design and implement the new product development process
• Lead every stage of development, from concept creation to launch
• Stay up to date with marketing innovations and bring them into your work plans
• Work closely with sales, purchasing, quality and other stakeholders to bring each product to market

2) Build Strong Brands

• Build and run the brand’s marketing plan (ATL and BTL) in line with the annual strategy
• Plan and deliver marketing events and activations from start to finish, in line with the brand strategy
• Manage the brand’s annual budget, ensuring smart allocation and close tracking

3) Turn Insights into Action

• Analyse market shares and competitor activity
• Read and analyse retail audit reports to track sales, market share, distribution and pricing trends
• Analyse customer and sales data to spot trends, opportunities and risks, and turn findings into clear recommendations
• Visit the market to understand customer dynamics, check product availability and oversee the implementation of marketing activities
• Prepare regular market insight reports and presentations for management to guide new product and marketing decisions

What You Will Bring
 

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Hands-on experience across the full new product development lifecycle

• FMCG experience will be considered a strong advantage

• Excellent command of Greek and English

• In-depth understanding of marketing strategy

• A creative mind combined with strong commercial sense

• Strong decision-making skills and a high sense of responsibility

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Ability to perform well under pressure

What’s on Offer
 

• Monthly gross salary: €2,800–€3,200 (14 salaries per year)
