CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding boutique private investment house offering a suite of tailored wealth management and financial services solutions, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s commercial strategy. We are seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or similar, who possess at least 2+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving revenue growth is essential, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must, with any additional language skills considered a plus. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Identify, engage, and acquire new clients through proactive outreach and lead generation activities.
• Manage the full business development cycle from initial contact through onboarding and account activation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive retention and long-term value.
• Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline activity, and performance metrics within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams (retention, support, compliance) to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and execute strategic initiatives.
• Highly proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of any other languages such as German, Russian, Arabic, and/or Spanish will be considered a plus.
