Cargo Customer Service Officer (Larnaca Airport)

Job description / Role
- Responsible for the day-to-day processing of the airfreight shipments
- Monitor and update the status of shipments, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Oversee and coordinate the supply chain process, liaising with airlines, transport companies, Airport and warehouse operators.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries and providing professional support.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal colleagues
- Ensure all documentation and system records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Skills and Qualifications
· Very good customer relationship management skills
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Able to work effectively in a team
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Greek)
· Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel applications and web-browsers.
· Although no previous experience is required, any working experience in a similar field will be an advantage.
· Successful candidate will follow detailed, hands-on training by experienced staff.
Work Hours
This is a five days per week, shifts-base work (Monday to Sunday). A working schedule will be given in advance by management.
Remuneration package to the successful candidate will be based on experience or/and qualifications.
