Courier Services/Warehouse Coordinator (Larnaca)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily courier routes, sorting, and scanning operations.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and comply with government regulations.
• Manage and update the company’s Courier Services software.
• Handle administrative and reporting tasks for Management.
• Collaborate closely with Center Supervisors and the Operations Manager.
• Handle all delivered and undelivered packages of the day, ensuring they are accurately recorded and keyed into the system.
• Customer Service Support

 

Requirements

• Previous experience in sorting and scanning will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office tools.
• Fluent in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
• Possess a valid driving license and be able to operate manual van vehicles.
