Transport Coordinator (Larnaca)  

 

Job Ref. no.: TRNS/07-2026

 

Transport Coordination - Job Responsibilities include:

• Day to day planning and supervision of transport drivers’ routings

• Effective planning of available resources and in compliance with Government Laws

• Check and ensure all vehicles are in good condition and conform to Government Laws

• Build and maintain good relationship with customers and partners

• Administration and control of Transport Department’s expenses

• Management of company’s Transport software

• Completion of all relevant administration tasks

• Completion transport reports for the Management

Cargo Imports Customer Service - Job Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the day-to-day processing of the airfreight import shipments  
• Completion of imports IT system for correct and accurate update to origin stations abroad
• Completion of cargo imports documentation
• Completion of files for customs formalities and for Accounts Dept
• Coordinate with concerned parties for arranging the delivery of the shipment to consignee
• Any other job-related responsibilities

General Requirements for the position:

• Excellent communication and team working skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Excellent computer literacy in the Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.

• Excellent command of the Greek and English language both in verbal and written communication.

• Diploma in Transportation and Logistics or other related field will be an advantage

• Any other related certification will be an advantage (i.e. ADR) 

• Any previous experience in fleet management will be considered as an advantage

• Ability to plan ahead and develop the company’s transport service according to company’s or market’s evolving requirements.

• Sound judgement and ability to lead a team.
