Duties and responsibilities

• Deal with telephone calls, respond to queries, and reply to emails
• Forward correspondence and messages to staff members
• Customer service
• Perform data entry into the system
• Prepare cargo documents
• Report service irregularities and seek instructions

• General administrative and clerical duties

   

  Skills and knowledge 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Greek
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Time management and ability to work under pressure
• Honesty and reliability
• Willingness to learn and grow in the cargo business

• Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality

   

  Requirements

• Prior experience in administration and/or cargo operations is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office products
