Job Description

Job Summary:
The cashier is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers. This role involves taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring a smooth front-counter experience in a busy pizza shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a polite and welcoming manner
• Take customer orders accurately 
• Processing payments cash and credit card
• Answer questions about menu items, deals, and promotions
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter and customer area
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally 
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are correct and timely
• Package food orders properly for takeaway and delivery
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of Greek and English
• Basic math and cash-handling ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Working shifts in the evenings and on weekends
• Previous experience is a plus but not always required
