Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team at a slow-cook meat restaurant in Limassol. If you have a love for quality meat, slow-cooking techniques, and leading a kitchen team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meat dishes using slow-cooking techniques.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Organise and supervise daily kitchen operations.
• Guide, train, and support junior kitchen staff.
• Work closely with the management team to maintain excellent service and kitchen efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef in a similar restaurant or kitchen environment is essential.
• Experience with slow-cooked meats, BBQ, smoked meats, or grilled meat concepts will be considered a strong advantage.
• Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
• Good command of both Greek and English.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and ability to motivate and guide others.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
