Job Description
- prepare, cook and present dishes within the hot kitchen;
- ensure quality, portion, and presentation standards are met;
- assist in menu planning and daily specials when needed;
- maintain a clean and organised workstation;
- comply with food safety and hygiene regulations;
- collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth service;
- train and supervise commis chefs;
- ensure smooth kitchen operations under the guidance of the executive chef
