Armonia Estates Ltd, Leading Property Developer, is seeking to recruit for Paphos an experienced:
Civil Engineer
Scope and general purpose of the job:
Site engineering
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct construction works from start to completion
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Requirements:
- University degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of five years’ experience in site engineering
- knowledge of construction processes, means and methods
- Familiarity with basic software programs, excel, word, project
- Greek and English languages
