As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you’ll assist new clients with account registration and verification, provide step-by-step guidance on platform usage, and ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date. You’ll collaborate with sales and support teams to smooth the onboarding process and identify improvements to enhance the client experience.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist new clients with account registration and verification.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on platform usage.

- Identify process improvements to enhance client experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with fintech or digital payment platforms is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and organized.
