We are seeking a candidate who takes pride in food aesthetics, possesses exceptional taste, and thrives in a high-end restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, portion, and present high-quality cold dishes, salads, and starters according to established recipes and tech sheets.
• Ensure perfect plate presentation and maintain consistency in taste and aesthetics.
• Control the freshness, quality, and proper storage of stock and raw materials in the cold section.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Cold Section Chef, Commis, or Demi Chef de Partie, preferably in European cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standard kitchen practices.
• Excellent speed, precision, and neatness in food preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
