Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new product setup, product coding and maintenance of product information in ERP/POS systems.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, documentation, pricing and product availability.
- Assist with purchase order follow-up and monitor expected deliveries.
- Coordinate container arrivals and support stock allocation between warehouse and stores.
- Prepare and maintain pricing, promotional and product-related files.
- Support the preparation and execution of promotional brochures and campaigns.
- Monitor stock levels, slow-moving items, expiry risks and product availability.
- Prepare regular sales, purchasing, stock and operational reports for management.
- Communicate with stores and warehouse teams regarding operational and stock-related matters.
- Assist with internal projects involving software systems, loyalty programmes, POS, maintenance, logistics and other operational initiatives.
- Support senior management by gathering information, preparing reports and ensuring that agreed actions are implemented.
- Handle general commercial and operational administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, purchasing, FMCG, operations, supply chain or a similar commercial environment.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience using ERP or retail management systems will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving ability.
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English.
