Job Description

LLT LAW is looking for a motivated and detail-focused Compliance Officer to join our Compliance Team in Paphos. In this role, you will help ensure the firm adheres to applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies, while supporting a strong culture of integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate the effectiveness of internal policies, procedures, and controls, and identify areas for improvement.
Support the development, updating, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are clearly communicated across relevant departments.
Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to help keep the firm’s compliance framework up to date.
Maintain and organise internal compliance records and documentation.
Assist in monitoring and reporting regulatory developments to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
CySEC Advanced Certification will be considered an advantage.
Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance principles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
