Job Description

LLT LAW is looking for a motivated and detail-focused Compliance Officer to join our Compliance Team in Paphos. In this role, you will help ensure the firm adheres to applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies, while supporting a strong culture of integrity and compliance.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal policies, procedures, and controls, and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the development, updating, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are clearly communicated across relevant departments.
• Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to help keep the firm’s compliance framework up to date.
• Maintain and organise internal compliance records and documentation.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting regulatory developments to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• CySEC Advanced Certification will be considered an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
