Job Description

The Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to guests while ensuring the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Acting as a trusted ambassador for the hotel, the Concierge anticipates guest needs, curates 

experiences, and provides expert recommendations to create memorable stays. This role requires outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, discretion, and extensive knowledge of local attractions, dining, entertainment, and transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest requests and preferences.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, excursions, and special experiences.
• Provide expert recommendations on local attractions, events, dining, and entertainment.
• Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests.
• Ensure all interactions reflect the hotel's luxury brand standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, or luxury hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable.
