Position: Consultant | Strategy & Transactions

 

Our Strategy & Transactions team is looking to recruit dynamic and high calibre professionals at the level of Consultant to join the team, in our Nicosia office.

Our Strategy & Transaction team helps businesses enhance performance and efficiency through the below services:

• Corporate Finance services
• Mergers & Acquisitions Transaction services
• Valuation services
• Reorganisation & Restructuring services
• Forensic and Dispute advice

The Role

The successful candidate will be primarily involved in the following:

• Participate in and provide support for projects such as valuations, mergers & acquisitions, buy-sell side advisory, business plans, feasibility studies, cash flow forecasts, business reviews, due diligence exercises and business / financial modelling
• Develop financial and analytical models

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a reputable university
• Currently pursuing or have obtained the ACA/ACCA/CFA/CPA professional qualification
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Professional Services organization in a similar position
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong report writing skills
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
