Louis Hotels Plc Co Ltd, one of the biggest hotel groups in Cyprus and Greece, is seeking to recruit an experienced professional for the position of Contracting Manager at the company's head offices in Engomi, Nicosia.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Contracting Manager to join our team.
Role Overview
The Contracting Manager will be responsible for developing, negotiating, and managing contracts with tour operators, travel agencies, online partners, and key suppliers. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing revenue opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and ensuring competitive positioning across all markets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with tour operators, OTAs, DMCs, and corporate
partners
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners in international and domestic markets
· Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions
· Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity to support revenue optimization
· Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing teams to align contracting
strategies
· Prepare, review, and update contract documentation and rate agreements
· Participate in international trade shows, partner meetings, and business development trips
· Support the expansion of the company’s distribution network and identify new business
opportunities
· Participate in yearly pricing per market per hotel.
Required qualifications:
· A minimum of 4 years of experience in a contracting, sales, or commercial role within the hospitality or travel industry.
· Proven experience negotiating with tour operators and distribution partners.
· Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
· Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an asset)
· Willingness to travel when required
Preferred Qualifications
· Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Mathematics , Tourism, or a related
field
· Experience working with 4- or 5-star hotels or resort chains
· Established network within key European source markets
