Job Description
Job Role:
- Consistently uphold the restaurant's culinary standards and fast-paced energy.
- Execute daily operational tasks efficiently and follow the exact guidelines set by the Executive Chef.
- Prepare and execute dishes flawlessly, strictly maintaining the recipe library and plating specifications directed by the Executive Chef.
- Inspect daily supplies and prep stations to ensure the absolute highest quality and freshness of all ingredients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar position.
- Excellent command of both the Greek and English languages is mandatory.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment without compromising on detail.
