Job Description
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique provider of Corporate, Legal, Banking & Migration services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing teams based in either Limassol or the Famagusta region. In this role, the successful applicant will handle a range of corporate administration duties, including handling company incorporations and ongoing corporate administration as well as preparing and submitting filings to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies. An academic background in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field will be considered a plus, and you will need to possess at least 2+ years of relevant experience in corporate administration in Cyprus. Sound knowledge of Cyprus corporate procedures and Registrar requirements is essential and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English are a must. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handling company incorporations and ongoing corporate administration.
- Preparing and submitting filings to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
- Maintaining statutory records and preparing corporate documents, resolutions, and minutes.
- Managing changes involving shareholders, directors, registered offices and share capital.
- Assisting with UBO Register filings, due diligence, and KYC matters.
- Communicating with clients, banks, authorities, and external advisers.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Preferably a holder of a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2+ years’ relevant experience in corporate administration in Cyprus.
- Sound knowledge of Cyprus corporate procedures and Registrar requirements.
- Excellent command of Greek and English.
- Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and professional communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters efficiently.
