Andreas Menelaou LLC is accepting applications for a full time Corporate Lawyer – Legal Consultant position for its Corporate Department, in its Nicosia offices.

Duties:

▪️ Handling day-to-day corporate matters, including company incorporations and the preparation of resolutions, minutes, instruments of transfer, share certificates, incumbency certificates and powers of attorney.

▪️ Preparing and filing documents with the Registrar of Companies.

▪️ Assisting with the drafting, review and revision of agreements and other legal documents.

▪️ Maintaining and updating corporate files, records, certificates and KYC documentation.

▪️ Conducting research on various legal matters.

▪️ Communicating directly with clients regarding their day-to-day business.

▪️ Preparing bank account applications and liaising with banks in Cyprus and abroad.

Requirements:

▪️ Degree in Law. Registration with the Cyprus Bar Association is not required.

▪️ At least 1 year of relevant experience.

▪️ Fluent in English and Greek. Any other language will be considered an advantage.

▪️ Excellent computer literacy, communication and organisational skills.

▪️ Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
