Description of responsibilities:
· Incorporation of Cyprus and International companies and provision of corporate services
· Preparation of documents for corporate changes
· Submission and execution of corporate changes to the Registrar of Companies
· Preparation of Annual General Meetings
· Preparation and execution of Resolutions
· Monitor Due Diligence procedure for clients
· Liaising with other departments to ensure timely statutory filings of client portfolio.
· Manage correspondence and filing
Requirements: Corporate Administrator
· Fluent in English and Greek language
· University degree in relevant subject is preferable e.g. business, accounting, law
· Strong computer skills especially in MS Office applications
· Excellent Communication skills
· Strong Organizational and multi-tasking skills
· At least 1-year prior experience in the sector
