Job Description
We are looking for a full time Customer Care Supervisor with good potential for professional development and advancement, in a reputable Boutique city Hotel.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Hospitality or Marketing or Management
- With pleasant personality and communication skills
- Should be fluent in the Greek and English languages
- Relevant experience in a 3 or 4 star Hotel is essential including expert knowledge of Information Technology and Hotel property management systems (Reservations, Front Office Operations, Guest Accounts and Housekeeping Operations)
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and control of the Rooms Division and related activities
