Responsibilities:

C – Customer Focus

  • Ensure a high standard of support for Merchants and Partners by providing timely and effective assistance with account provisioning, integrations, and transaction-related queries.
  • Deliver a seamless experience by maintaining accurate client records and ensuring systems are correctly set up and functioning.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Company’s payment solutions from both a merchant and end-user perspective to better support client needs.

A – Accountability

  • Take ownership of provisioning new client accounts and ensuring all setups are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all processes, both new and existing, are documented, maintained, and kept up to date.
  • Be accountable for the accuracy of client data, system configurations, and access permissions.
  • Proactively identify and address issues that may impact service delivery or operational efficiency.

R – Responsibility

  • Provision and maintain client accounts within the Company’s systems.
  • Support Merchants and Partners with integration processes and transaction-related queries.
  • Amend existing account setups and manage user access as required.
  • Maintain and update client records to ensure data integrity.
  • Support internal teams, including Sales and Relationship Managers, to ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Continuously build knowledge of systems, processes, and transaction flows to improve effectiveness in the role.

E – Engagement

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support business objectives and client needs.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and development, particularly in understanding systems, integrations, and payment solutions.
  • Engage in continuous improvement by contributing to process enhancements and operational efficiencies.

 

Skills & Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field a plus
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a technical support, client onboarding, or implementation role, preferably within the FinTech or Payments industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of payment processing flows in payment institutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with APIs or technical integration troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Languages: Native or professional fluency in English (written and verbal). 

 

Key Skills:

  • Technical Implementation: Ability to guide merchants through the technical setup of payment gateways and financial platforms.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: A sharp eye for detail to ensure system configurations and client permissions are error-free.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client "go-lives" simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Effective Communication: The ability to translate complex technical processes into simple instructions for non-technical clients.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving fintech environment with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
