XM proudly announces its summer internship program for 2026, meticulously crafted to welcome final year graduating students and offer them a gateway to their first hands-on experience in their chosen field of study and passion. 

 

Embark on a transformative 9-week journey, facing real-world challenges and sharpening your skills in a fast-paced and international working environment. Throughout this journey, you'll have dedicated XMers by your side, serving as your professional buddies and mentors. 

  

As an intern within our vibrant Big-Fair-Human organisation, you'll have exclusive access to customised workshops and interactive learning activities. Engage in dynamic project stand-ups, actively contribute to project success, and get a taste of #LifeatXM vibes. Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to acquire valuable insights into good practices and tips related to refining your resume, mastering interviews, and navigating the job market landscape. 

 

Program Details:  

  • Duration: 8/06/2026 – 07/08/2026 
  • Days/Hours: Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week 
  • Location: Limassol Office (Full-time office based)

About the Role: 

As a Customer Experience Intern, you will support the CX team in providing exceptional service across multiple communication channels, including live chat, email, and telephone. You will engage with clients professionally, respond to inquiries, and help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 

 

This role offers hands-on experience in client relationship management, collaboration with internal teams, and exposure to customer-focused operations, while contributing to team goals and learning industry best practices. This internship is designed to be a learning-focused opportunity for students or recent graduates to build practical customer experience skills and understand customer service processes, work effectively in teams, and manage tasks with deadlines while developing professional skills. 

 

Main requirements: 

  • Final year or postgraduate students in the academic fields of Business Administration/Marketing/Public Relations/Psychology/Economics or any other relevant field. 
  • Minimum academic requirements: 
    • Cyprus and Greece Universities: GPA 7.5/10 
    • UK Universities: Degree classification 2:1 
    • Private Universities in Cyprus: GPA 3.5/4 
    • US Universities: GPA 3.3/4 
  • Copy of academic transcripts is a must  
  • Excellent computer literacy, with experience using chat tools, email, and Microsoft Office  
  • Ability to use CRM systems will be consider as an advantage 
  • Previous experience in a related customer support or customer-facing role is considered an advantage 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • Knowledge of any additional language will be considered as an advantage 
  • People-oriented person with excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills 
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn 
  • Growth and curious mindset
