Job Description
As part of its ongoing commitment to service excellence, Kapnos Airport Shuttle is enhancing its Customer Service Department at its Nicosia Station.
We aim to develop a committed team of professionals that will support the company’s operations, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Company’s other stations to ensure timely departure of routes
- Offer guidance and information about route options and schedules to passengers.
- Selling and inspecting tickets
- Passenger boarding and off boarding
Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language
- Computer literacy
- Energetic and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Strong communication skills
- Team spirit and cooperative attitude
- Professionalism and reliability
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week
- Pre-planned shift scheduled (shifts 10:00 - 18:00 & 16:00 - 00:00 on weekdays and 08:00 - 16:00 & 16:00 - 00:00 on weekends)
- Two days off per week
