Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end shipment process for assigned customers
• Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up cargo movements, providing updates to customers.
• Coordinating with partners abroad and carriers to manage smooth operations.
• Resolving service issues promptly and find alternative solutions
• Providing rate quotes and information regarding services to current and potential customers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to promote customer retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service or relevant role, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Language proficiency in English and Greek is required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with industry-specific software and systems.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• High school diploma required, a degree in logistics, business administration, or related field is preferred.
