Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding shipment status, delivery times, and any other relevant queries
Address customer concerns and issues with empathy and a customer-focused approach
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and resolve any delivery-related issues
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within company guidelines
Maintain customer records and interaction history in our system
Requirements:
Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage
Familiarity with courier or logistics operations is a plus
Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
