Job Description
Avis Budget Rent A Car is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team in Larnaca as a Customer Service & Reservations Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and reservations, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive rental experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming back-to-back calls and emails daily to book quality reservations for our three brands worldwide.
- Provide information on rental rates, policies and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s products, services and promotions.
- Efficiently guide conversations and apply sales techniques to convert calls into reservations.
- Handle complaints and resolve customer service issues.
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of people via phone, email and in person.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Able to ensure customer satisfaction through providing exceptional service to every customer.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma. University degree will be considered as an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language. Other knowledge of language will be considered as an advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work independently and in harmony within a team.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, enthusiastic and adaptable personality.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
