Customer Service Specialist (Night Shift)

At Adsterra we are engaged in online advertising, and our main project is the support and development of an international online advertising platform that is among the Top 3 in the world.

We work with all the popular ad formats: popunders, in-page push, native and banners. Our partners include direct advertisers, webmasters, affiliate programmes, networks and affiliates.

Currently we are expanding and looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the Publishers team on night shifts, based in Cyprus.

Schedule: 2/2, twelve-hour shifts from 21:00 to 09:00 (Cyprus Time). Fully remote work is possible.

What you will do

• Answer incoming questions from publishers around the world through Live Chat (Intercom), tickets, email and other channels;
• Troubleshoot common and less common issues with online advertising;
• Pass information about publishers on to the relevant teams in a timely manner;
• Work with QA on reviewing and correcting responses;
• Go through a large amount of training: we care about the quality of our service, so we invest heavily in developing the team.

What we are looking for

• Right to live and work in Cyprus; 
• Spoken and written English at B2 or above;
• Composure under pressure, friendliness and strong communication skills;
• Willingness to work with routine and repetitive tasks;
• A troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• Relevant experience in client service, guest service or technical support;
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, CMS experience, or general technical literacy;
• Familiarity with ticketing systems;
• Understanding of advertising formats (popunder, in-page push, native, banner);

• Salary of 1700 EUR gross, plus a KPI bonus of up to 500 EUR per month after three months;
