 Position: CX Specialist | Customer Strategy & Design – Nicosia, Cyprus

 

Our Customer Strategy & Design team is looking to recruit a creative and dynamic professional to join us as Customer Experience (CX) Specialist at the level of Consultant/Senior Consultant, in our Nicosia Office.

Our Customer team focuses on designing intuitive, user-friendly product experiences that help users accomplish their goals. The team is also responsible for defining product vision across multiple platforms and touch points, managing complex, cross-functional projects.

 

The Role

In this role, the successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Designing and improving end-to-end customer journeys across key touchpoints and channels

  • Enhancing customer experiences by leveraging customer feedback, insights, and behavioural data

  • Conducting customer research, surveys, interviews, and experience assessments to identify pain points and opportunities

  • Supporting the development of customer-centric solutions that ensure consistent and seamless experiences across channels

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning with stakeholders to drive customer experience initiatives

  • Gathering and analysing customer feedback and translating insights into actionable recommendations

  • Mapping customer journeys and service interactions to identify improvement opportunities

  • Participating in service reviews, testing, and validation of customer experience improvements

  • Contributing to the development and enhancement of CX strategies, frameworks, and offerings

  • Mentoring and coaching team members by sharing customer experience knowledge and best practices

  • Guiding internal teams on CX best practices and promoting a customer-centric mindset across the organization

  • Participating in client meetings and presentations, confidently presenting ideas and incorporating feedback

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree from a reputable University 

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in Customer and User Experience

  • Proficiency in leading design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro etc)

  • Strong understanding of CX principles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Greek and English)

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Set yourself apart:

Possession of any of the below will be considered an advantage:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Customer Experience, User Experience, design, human-computer interaction, or a related field

  • Be ready to share portfolio as a sample of work

  • Certification in Customer Experience, Product Design, UX Design, UI Design or related field
