Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team and support the daily administration and monitoring of GESY-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor GESY-related procedures through the Laboratory Information System (LIS), BOT, and the GESY platform.
• Monitor pending referrals, orders, and laboratory results.
• Upload and export results in accordance with internal procedures and priorities.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve referral, result, and system-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of pending cases, corrections, manual uploads, and follow-up actions.
• Support the Pre-Analytical Department and provide operational cover when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Medical Laboratory Science, or another related field.
• Very good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic systems.
• Ability to learn and use different software platforms accurately and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy.
