Key Duties/Responsibilities 

• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, procedural applications, affidavits, and settlement documentation;
• Drafting legal opinions and legal memoranda on contentious matters;
• Conducting legal research and case analysis;
• Preparation and handling of court proceedings and hearings;
• Assisting with the procedural and administrative aspects of litigation, including filing of pleadings and applications before courts;
• Ongoing and effective communication with clients and experts;
• Preparation and management of litigation documentation, including case files, chronologies, bundles, and evidence;

• Supporting the Zygos court filing system and case management processes.

   

Key Skills/Experience

• Ideally 2 or more years’ experience in dispute resolution/litigation in a law firm;
• Holder of University Degree in Law;
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association;
• Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken);
• Accurate, reliable, creative, well organised and proactive;
• Excellent computer literacy (word, excel, outlook, Zygos);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Enthusiastic team player; and
• Highly organized individual who is willing to multitask.
