Job Description

Hadjianastassiou, Ioannides LLC is looking for a sharp and solution orientated litigator to join our Dispute Resolution team. This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys complex, high-value cases and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. If you are 4+ years PQE and experienced in litigation, arbitration or regulatory disputes, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

·       Represent clients in civil, commercial and administrative court proceedings

·       Handle interim relief applications and urgent matters

·       Draft pleadings, submissions and legal opinions

·       Participate in negotiations and dispute settlement procedures

·       Conduct legal research and case strategy development

What you’ll bring:

·       Qualified lawyer, Cyprus Bar Association member

·       4+ years’ experience in litigation or dispute resolution

·       Bachelor of laws (LLB) or an equivalent university law degree

·       Bonus: Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC)

·       Bonus: Demonstrated experience in cross-border dispute resolution, involving interim relief applications

·       Excellent English & Greek skills
