Job Description


Καθήκοντα

  • Διαχείριση και έλεγχος φορτωτικών και συνοδευτικών εγγράφων.

  • Προετοιμασία και επεξεργασία τελωνειακών εγγράφων.

  • Καταχώρηση στοιχείων στο πληροφοριακό σύστημα.
  • Παρακολούθηση αποστολών και παραδόσεων.

  • Συνεργασία με τμήματα αποθήκης, μεταφορών και τελωνειακούς συνεργάτες.
  • Τήρηση και αρχειοθέτηση εγγράφων σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας.

 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.
Καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ (MS Office).
  • Οργανωτικότητα, συνέπεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Γνώση τελωνειακών διαδικασιών θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
