Job Description
We're looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Officer to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and assisting them throughout the account verification (KYC) process.
What you'll do:
- Assist Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Guide clients through the KYC process and explain documentation requirements.
- Follow up on pending or missing verification documents.
- Respond to account-related inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
What we're looking for:
- Native or fluent Dutch (written and spoken).
- Good command of English.
- Previous experience in Customer Support is an advantage.
- Experience in Forex/Fintech is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
