About the Role

Do you want to be part of a creative team in a dynamic, growing company? DIMCO LTD is looking for E-Commerce and Marketing officer to join our team.

 

What You’ll Be Owning:

• Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring website functionality, content updates, optimal user experience, and overall performance.
• Oversee the complete online order process, including order management, invoicing, quotations, credit notes, shipment coordination, returns handling, and communication with stores and warehouses.
• Provide excellent customer support through email, website inquiries, social media platforms, and telephone communication.
• Manage product data through SAP Business One (SAP B1), including product creation, maintenance, pricing, inventory updates, reporting, and synchronization with the company’s e-commerce platform.
• Support and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy, including online campaigns, promotions, social media activities, and e-commerce initiatives.
• Create, manage, and optimize promotional activities, discount campaigns, coupon codes, and related e-commerce processes.
• Research and implement new e-commerce tools, trends, and best practices to improve website performance, user experience, and online sales.
• Contribute to the planning and development of marketing campaigns through research, analysis, and brainstorming sessions.
• Coordinate the production of promotional materials, customer gifts, business cards, packaging requirements, and other marketing-related projects.
• Undertake any additional duties and projects assigned by management that are relevant to the role and business needs.

 

Qualifications & Ideal Profile:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations, website management, and online sales processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in both Greek and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Will be considered an advantage:

• Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) ERP.
• Experience with CMS platforms, particularly Shopware.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and newsletter creation.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, Google Analytics, and online advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing environments.
