DC Demetriades is a leading supplier of building materials in Cyprus, offering high-quality products – from steel rebars and timber to flooring, sanitary ware, façade solutions, and solar systems.
 

As part of the continuous growth of our Solar Systems Department, we are looking for a Technical Support & After Sales Engineer (Electrical Engineer) to strengthen our team.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support (B2B) to solar system installers, both remotely and on-site.
• Conduct on-site technical supervision at projects for evaluation and direct troubleshooting.
• Manage and control product Serial Numbers (SN), ensuring strict compliance with traceability procedures in collaboration with the logistics/warehouse department.
• Support partners in the correct design and sizing of solar systems.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team for the evaluation and technical preparation of new projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering. Registration as a member of ETEK will be considered an additional asset.
• Solid understanding of technical specifications.
• Previous experience in the solar systems industry will be considered an additional asset.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (both written and verbal).
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
