Entry Level Corporate Administrator
Job Description
The Role:
We are seeking to recruit a passionate and self-motivated professional for the position of Corporate Administrator in Nicosia for our esteemed client.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing international and local portfolio of offshore clients and day-to-day operations of the clients, including liaison with the clients on daily basis, consulting, execution of various client’s requests.
- Liasing directly with international and local clients and/or international and local other professionals and/or third parties.
- Preparation and issuing various corporate documents (e.g., resolutions, agreements, power of attorneys, corporate registers, corporate certificates, trust deeds letters etc.).
- Reviewing, amending, commenting on various documents subject for execution.
- Arranging for the execution, certification, apostille and legalization of documents.
- Filing/Assisting with the filing of Corporate Documents with the relevant authorities and following up to ensure completion.
- Communicating with other Departments of the Company and/or affiliates and/or associates of the Company in relation to corporate affairs of the Company and/or its clients.
- Providing corporate support to clients either through personal meetings or telephone/conference calls.
- Supporting, providing guidance and assisting the members of the Department and/or other Departments of the Company as applicable.
- Familiar with AML compliance requirements and assisting with the on-boarding process.
- Attending various seminars and/or trainings.
- Perform other related office tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Law or related field.
- No prior experience is required.
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language (additional language will be considered an advantage).
- Communications skills, organization skills, analytical skills and critical thinking, commitment to strict deadlines.
- Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude.
- Computer literate.
- Highly committed personality and willing to learn and evolve in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised, focused and diligent, in executing the tasks assigned by the Team Leaders and Managers.
- Professionalism, work ethic, self-motivated and a team player.
