ERASMUS OFFICER – LIMASSOL CAMPUS
Role Description:
This is an on-site role at CIM - Cyprus Business School in Limassol.
The Erasmus Officer is responsible for coordinating Erasmus and international mobility activities while also supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office through a range of general administrative duties.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Erasmus & International Mobility Duties
- Coordinate Erasmus+ mobility programmes for students and staff.
- Liaise with partner institutions and maintain professional communication with international contacts.
- Prepare and process Erasmus documentation, including learning agreements, grant agreements, and mobility records.
- Monitor mobility timelines and ensure compliance with Erasmus programme regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to Erasmus participants and agreements.
- Support reporting and data collection for Erasmus programme requirements.
General Administrative Duties
- Manage student admissions and enrolment processes
- Communicate with prospective students and respond to inquiries
- Provide support to faculty and students as needed
- Maintain accurate records and handle general administrative tasks
- Coordinate academic schedules and office workflows

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s Degree is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a team
- Previous experience in admissions, student services, or academic administration is a plus

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Salary: €1,350 per month (35-hour work week)
