Job Description
VACANCY
The Hilton Hotel in Nicosia, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for its Hilton Hotel in Engomi - Nicosia as the Executive Secretary.
Main Responsibilities:
· Screening phone calls, taking messages and dealing with enquiries.
· Keeping up with the Hotel General Manager’s day-to-day schedule and following up.
· Organizing and attending meetings, taking minutes when required.
· Preparing and presenting the Hotel GM with the necessary documents needed.
· Performing general office administration tasks (emails, memos, etc.).
· Booking travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary.
· Assist with special projects and hotel events as needed.
· Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
· Maintain confidential files and records.
Qualifications:
· Academic qualifications in Secretarial studies or in another relevant field.
· Minimum 3 years previous experience in a secretarial role.
· Excellent command of Greek and English both written and spoken.
· Outstanding office management and organization skills with the ability to multitask.
· Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel) as well as filing systems.
· Pleasant and confident personality.
· Experience in the hotel or tourism industry will be considered an advantage.
· EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
