Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Secretary, based in Limassol, Cyprus. The Office Secretary will be responsible for managing clerical tasks, handling client communications, providing executive administrative assistance, and performing company secretarial duties. Additional responsibilities may include managing schedules, organizing meetings, supporting customer service, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities
● Secretarial duties, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing and distributing correspondence
● Preparing conference room for meetings
● Welcoming visitors and clients
● Documents management (scan and photocopies )
● Making travel arrangements for executives
● Maintain office supplies
● Managing databases
● Maintain clients' files
Requirements/Criteria
● High school diploma, additional education will be considered as an advantage
● Excellent written and verbal communication skill ( in Greek and English)
●Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
● Integrity and professionalism
● Organisational and multi tasking abilities
● Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant will be considered as an advantage
