Executive Support & Operations Assistant
Highworth (Cyprus) Ltd. is seeking a highly efficient, organised, and dependable Executive Support & Operations Assistant to provide cross-functional administrative and operational support across the business.
This role is best suited to a no-nonsense executor who is not deterred by routine administrative work and understands the importance of getting tasks done quickly, properly, and without unnecessary supervision.
Your primary objective will be to reduce the administrative burden across the office and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration & General Support
- Provide general administrative and operational support across the business
- Handle telephone calls and general enquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with office administration and day-to-day coordination tasks
- Carry out other general support duties as may reasonably be required from time to time
2. Executive & Internal Support
- Support management with ad hoc administrative and executive support matters
- Prepare, organise and update records, trackers, documents and internal files
- Assist with follow-ups, scheduling, coordination and task progression across departments
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and within deadlines
3. Business Development Support
- Support business development activities, including prospect research and lead generation
- Assist with outreach-related work such as campaign preparation
- Help set up and manage email outreach campaigns using relevant digital tools
Candidate Profile & Requirements
We are looking for a proactive, solution-oriented individual with critical thinking and common sense.
You must be able to handle a broad range of smaller tasks across different functions without losing your attention to detail.
Required:
- Previous experience in administration, operations support, office support, or executive assistance
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with a fast, efficient approach to work
- Strong written and spoken English, paired with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, changing priorities, and routine work with consistency and care
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and general digital tools
- Strong follow-through, task ownership, and high levels of discretion and reliability
Advantageous:
- Experience supporting multiple departments within a professional services environment
- Experience with lead generation, CRM systems, and email campaign platforms (e.g., Smartlead)
