Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Handle month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor invoices, payments, payroll, and expense tracking
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and tax regulations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors when required

 

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday 09:00 to 18:00 and Friday 09:00 to 15:00
