Experienced Corporate Administrator
Job Description
The duties include:
Performing all procedures of the office of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, corporate procedures, drafting, reviewing and preparing of all relevant forms and documentation.
Review, drafting and preparation of various corporate documents (resolutions, POA’s, M&A, Corporate Registers etc.)
Compliance and assistance with all ‘KYC’ procedures in line with AML requirements and internal compliance policies.
Ongoing and effective communication with clients regarding corporate matters and provision of administrative support.
Communication with the authorities in Cyprus, assisting with filing of data, documents /relevant forms and applications with public authorities
Maintaining secretarial/corporate files and statutory company records in good order
Liaising with external advisors, auditors and banks.
Constant, day-to-day updating of the company’s internal ERP system
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a corporate services provider, law firm, or fiduciary company in Cyprus.
- Familiarity with the online portal of the Registrar of Companies and the UBO Registry
- Knowledge of the AML regulations and application of KYC compliance procedures
Strong practical knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language
Computer Literate (MS Office applications)
Fast learner, motivated to expand their knowledge
Exceptional organisation and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
