Job Description
Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a client, is looking for organised, reliable, and detail-oriented Export & Import Administrators to join a team in Nicosia and Limassol.
This is a great opportunity to develop your career in import and export operations, gaining hands-on experience in shipment coordination, customer service, and administrative support within a dynamic business environment.
What you’ll do
- Manage and monitor customers’ import and export shipments.
- Handle parcels and documents.
- Communicate with customers to provide shipment updates and resolve any related issues.
- Carry out general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
You’re a great match if you
- Have a very good command of Greek and English.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Have strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Are responsible, reliable, professional, and a team player.
- Have previous experience in a similar role (an advantage, but not essential).
