Job Description
- Assisting customer service by managing end-to-end shipment process, internal & externals procedures and maintain a solid understanding of the cargo transportation by sea, road, or groupage service.
- Communicate with clients, providing them information of their shipment until destination.
- Daily update of system software, make bookings, provide relevant documents, and issue invoices to customers/agents.
- Answering requests via emails and phone calls
