Autovance Business Automation is a Cyprus-based automation company building and selling software solutions for small and medium businesses. We are looking for a bilingual Greek and English field sales representative to sell our solutions in person to businesses across Cyprus. This is an on-the-road role covering Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca, and Nicosia, not an office or phone-based position.
Your first product will be our intake automation solution for medical clinics, dental practices, and walk-in businesses, which replaces paper intake forms with a digital form that automatically enters customer data into the business’s existing software. As our portfolio grows, you will carry additional software and automation products to a broader range of businesses.
What you’ll do:
Visit businesses daily and meet owners, office managers, and decision-makers in person
Demonstrate our solutions on-site and explain how they save time and remove manual work
Build and manage your own territory and pipeline in Zoho CRM
Follow up, negotiate, and close deals
Learn new products as they launch and bring them to existing and new accounts
Report weekly on visits, demos, and pipeline progress
Requirements:
2 or more years of B2B field sales experience; software, medical, office equipment, or business services sales preferred
Fluent Greek and English, spoken and written
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Cyprus daily
Comfortable explaining simple technology to non-technical business owners
Self-motivated, organised, and disciplined with CRM updates
Right to work in Cyprus / EU

Base salary of €1,600 – €2,000 per month depending on experience

Develop Swipe’s brands in the Cyprus market by combining strong retailer relationships, practical market knowledge and effective trade marketing. Work closely with the Country Manager, sales and merchandising teams, suppliers, supply chain and finance to improve product availability, visibility, distribution and profitable sales across household cleaning, personal care, small household appliances and new portfolio categories.
