As a FinTech Sales Executive, you’ll develop and activate new agents, manage and strengthen relationships with existing ones, and oversee the full sales process from lead generation to onboarding.
You’ll support agent activation, conduct site visits to top-performing locations, and drive growth in your assigned territory while consistently meeting sales targets.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the business by signing, training, and activating new agents

• Manage and grow relationships with existing agents

• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective acquisition and sales strategies

• Handle the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to onboarding

• Support agent activation and conduct regular visits to top-performing locations

• Oversee the full agent lifecycle in your assigned territory

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proven experience in sales in the FinTech Industry will be a plus

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Oversee the full agent lifecycle in your assigned territory
