As a Food and Beverage Division Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading one of the most dynamic and innovative departments in our hotels. Whether overseeing multiple themed restaurants, a sophisticated main dining room, or vibrant bars and venues, your leadership will ensure the seamless operation and continued success of our food and beverage services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximizing the profitability of the Food & Beverage department.
• Ensuring smooth daily operations with consistently high standards in food production and service.
• Preparing and managing the department budget, ensuring alignment with targets.
• Collaborating with the Executive Chef to develop and implement creative and innovative menus.
• Upholding Health and Safety procedures, ensuring compliance by all team members.
• Enhancing the guest dining experience by maintaining exceptional quality and service.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Hotel Management.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Expertise in menu planning, costing, and understanding current F&B trends.
• Experience with hospitality management systems (e.g., Micros POS, Fidelio, Materials Control).
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with a guest-oriented and service-minded approach.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit.
