Job Description
- Maintain Quality Control and Food Safety systems.
- Monitor HACCP, GMP, hygiene and quality procedures.
- Maintain quality, production and traceability documentation.
- Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production follows approved procedures and specifications.
- Identify and resolve quality or production issues.
- Support audits and continuous improvement activities.
