• Maintain Quality Control and Food Safety systems.
• Monitor HACCP, GMP, hygiene and quality procedures.
• Maintain quality, production and traceability documentation.
• Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Coordinate and monitor daily production activities.
• Ensure production follows approved procedures and specifications.
• Identify and resolve quality or production issues.
• Support audits and continuous improvement activities.
